I teach a combination of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, having trained in both. From Iyengar yoga, I teach precision and accuracy of the asanas using tools such as bricks, blocks and belts.  From Ashtanga I take the feeling of flow and continuity as well as the in-depth breathing exercises.  Classes consist of asana (posture) work, breathing exercises and relaxation, with the practice varying each week.  Classes are mixed ability catering from the needs of a beginner up to an intermediate level.

Yoga Classes

Ardross Hall, Wednesday evenings 8 – 9.30 pm. Costs are £8 (£7 concessions).

Dingwall Community Centre, Friday mornings 9.15 – 10.45 am. Costs are £8 (£7 concessions)

TRACC in Tain on Tuesday mornings 10.30 – 11.45 am, this is a Highlife class.

I also teach a Chair Yoga class for the less able (older and disabled) every other Wednesday afternoon 2 – 3 pm at Ardross Hall. Costs are £7 (£6 concessions).
